Shipping & Returns
Our products are warehoused and shipped from our Cleveland, Ohio fulfillment center. Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Unfortunately we do not offer expedited shipping options so please plan your orders accordingly.
All US orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or DHL Ground withing 24-48 hours. If you have a preference for shipping, please state in the order comments. Additional charges may apply.
All Canadian orders are shipped via USPS within 24 hours.
International orders may be subject to duties and tariffs. These are payable by the buyer.
Returns are accepted, at your cost, within 30 days of purchase for any goods that remain unopened and in new condition for a full refund, less the original shipping cost. In order to process a return you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Any returns received without an RMA will not be processed.
In the case of a defect, please return any item to us together with a copy of your proof of purchase. These items will be repaired or replaced free of charge and returned to you.
