Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Our products are warehoused and shipped from our Cleveland, Ohio fulfillment center. Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Unfortunately we do not offer expedited shipping options so please plan your orders accordingly.
US ORDERS
All US orders for in-stock products are shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL Ground within 24-48 hours. Information about pre-orders can be found here. If you have a preference for shipping, please state in the order comments. Additional charges may apply.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All Canadian orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx.
International orders may be subject to duties and tariffs. These are payable by the buyer.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted, at your cost, within 30 days of purchase for any goods that remain unopened and in new condition for a full refund, less the original shipping cost. In order to process a return you must contact us at info@aztekscooters.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product for a refund.
In the case of a defect, please return any item to us together with a copy of your proof of purchase. These items will be repaired or replaced free of charge and returned to you.
